| Peak Physique Gym is situated in Cardiff,
UK and was established in 1995. Starting out as a small bodybuilding gym, over
the years it has grown into the large specialist gym that it is today, catering
for the first time trainer to the champion athlete and bodybuilder.
The gym equipment ranges from a huge selection of free weights, through to the
latest Cybex and Hammer plate loaded bodybuilding / strength equipment. The
equipment is designed to cover all levels of training showing the gym's
diversity. The gym also boasts a wide range of life fitness cardio equipment
ranging from cross trainers, treadmills, bikes and rowers.
The gym itself is divided up into three main sections. It has a large
specialist leg training room on the ground floor with back and cardio
equipment taking up the remainder of the ground floor. The first floor is
